Prestige is Sydney’s multi-award-winning driving school. Our Hurstville instructors pick you up from home, school or work across Hurstville, Penshurst, Mortdale, Beverly Hills, Allawah and South Hurstville, 7 days a week from 8 am to 7:30 pm.
Hurstville is the busiest centre in the St George area, with Forest Road, King Georges Road and the streets around Westfield Hurstville and the station. Learners need to handle buses, pedestrians and multi-lane roads. Your instructor builds your skills step by step, from quiet streets to busy intersections.
Service NSW Hurstville does not run driving tests. Hurstville learners usually sit their test at Service NSW Rockdale or Service NSW Roselands. In your final lessons we practise around the test centre you book and work on the manoeuvres testing officers look for.

Prestige Driving School is an accredited provider of the Transport for NSW Safer Drivers Course.
If you’re under 25 and have logged at least 50 hours of driving, including at least 10 hours at night (bonus hours don’t count), the course gives you a 20-hour credit in your log book. It has two modules: a 3-hour facilitated group discussion and 2 hours of in-vehicle coaching.
Service NSW Hurstville does not run driving tests. The nearest test centres are Service NSW Rockdale, Rockdale Plaza, 1 Rockdale Plaza Drive, Rockdale, and Service NSW Roselands, Level 2, Roselands Shopping Centre, 24 Roselands Drive, Roselands. Driving tests are by appointment.
Yes. Our instructors pick you up and drop you off anywhere in Hurstville and nearby suburbs, including Penshurst, Mortdale, Beverly Hills, Allawah and South Hurstville. You can choose a different pick-up and drop-off address for each lesson.
Yes. Our Driving Test Package includes a pick-up 75 minutes before your test, a one-hour warm-up lesson around your test centre, use of our dual-control car for the test and a drop-off afterwards.
Yes. We also teach in Penshurst, Mortdale, Beverly Hills, Allawah, South Hurstville, Kingsgrove, Bexley and Peakhurst, and in suburbs right across Sydney.
No. All our lessons are in automatic cars. If you pass your test in an automatic, your P1 licence will have an automatic-only condition.
