Prestige is Sydney’s multi-award-winning driving school. Our Smithfield instructors pick you up from home, school or work across Smithfield, Fairfield Heights, Fairfield, Guildford West, Fairfield West and Woodpark, 7 days a week from 8 am to 7:30 pm.
Learning to drive in Smithfield means getting comfortable on roads like the Cumberland Highway, The Horsley Drive and Smithfield Road, plus the traffic around Fairfield station. Your instructor builds your skills step by step, from quiet local streets to busy intersections, merging and lane changes.
Smithfield learners usually sit their driving test at Service NSW Wetherill Park or Service NSW Merrylands. In your final lessons we practise around the test centre you book and the manoeuvres testing officers look for.

Prestige Driving School is an accredited provider of the Transport for NSW Safer Drivers Course.
If you’re under 25 and have logged at least 50 hours of driving, including at least 10 hours at night (bonus hours don’t count), the course gives you a 20-hour credit in your log book. It has two modules: a 3-hour facilitated group discussion and 2 hours of in-vehicle coaching.
The nearest test centres are Service NSW Wetherill Park, Greenway Plaza, corner of The Horsley Drive and Elizabeth Street, Wetherill Park, and Service NSW Merrylands, Stockland Merrylands, 1 Pitt Street, Merrylands. Driving tests are by appointment.
Yes. Our instructors pick you up and drop you off anywhere across Smithfield, including Fairfield Heights, Fairfield, Guildford West, Fairfield West and Woodpark. You can choose a different pick-up and drop-off address for each lesson.
Yes. Our Driving Test Package includes a pick-up 75 minutes before your test, a one-hour warm-up lesson around your test centre, use of our dual-control car for the test and a drop-off afterwards.
Yes. We also teach in Fairfield Heights, Fairfield, Guildford West, Fairfield West, Woodpark, Yennora, Merrylands West and Greystanes, and in suburbs right across Sydney.
No. All our lessons are in automatic cars. If you pass your test in an automatic, your P1 licence will have an automatic-only condition.
