I couldn’t have done it without Ben H’s guidance and support!What really set Ben apart from other instructors I’ve had is that he never hesitated to push me outside my comfort zone. He challenged me in the best way possible, and thanks to that, I improved so much faster. Ben knows the test centre area like the back of his hand and prepared me thoroughly for every possible scenario—including 10 different hazards, all of which I was able to respond to confidently during the test.What I appreciated most is how he consistently encouraged me to believe in myself. In our final lesson before the test, he said something that really stuck with me: "The result is in your hands, not the examiner’s. You’re in control." That mindset helped me stay calm and focused on the day. If I could Ben more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks to Ben, I was able to pass my driving test on my first attempt. Ben is a highly skilled and patient driving instructor. I immediately felt at ease with him during my first lesson. Lessons were able to be customised based on my weaknesses at the time and Ben would provide tips and advice on how to correct them. Would highly recommend Ben to anyone hoping to improve their driving.

I have tried numerous driving instructors over the years and can honestly say that Ben is absolutely the best. I put off getting my license for 10 years due to being nervous behind the wheel and he immediately put me at ease. He is a great teacher who comes with a clipboard and draws diagrams of road rules and provides you with those notes, which is helpful when you're new on the road and trying to visualise things. He would even get out of the car and walk around the car to demonstrate to me what blind spots are. He is very knowledgeable of the testing requirements and trains you to pass the test and drive safely. He is very encouraging and positive which is super helpful. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to get their license!

Ben H is definitely a professional driving instructor. Got in touch and send driving test booklet the day before first lesson to familiarise with student driving experience and well prepared for lesson. Lesson was well balanced with theory and practice on road . Picked up student failed points to passed test within the first 5 minutes of lesson then worked from there . Every road driving scenarios were well explained verbally and illustrated clearly in paper for review after lesson . Effective teaching pattern , Just after 2 days from initial lessons, student passed test at first go. Well organised ,logical driven and couldn’t recommend more .

The instructor was not very patient and doesn't really have good communication skills, I received good advice and tips but it was all shadowed by the fact that he screamed at me multiple times because I didn't know the right answer to a question. This was my first and last session with him. I'll be booking with a new instructor for my following class.
